The villa has two main bedrooms (both with twin beds) and a sofa-bed in the living room - allowing sleeping for up to 5 or possibly 6 people. One bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with washbasin, shower and w.c and there is also a main bathroom with a bath/shower, w.c, bidet and washbasin.
There is a fully equipped kitchen in the dining/living room with a French door connecting to a delightful and spacious patio - ideal for sunbathing and enjoying eating outdoors. The kitchen contains a large fridge/freezer, electric oven, gas hob, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine.
Sunbathing space is plentiful on both the extensive patio and on the sunroof. There is also an outside barbecue.
Villa Feliz does not have a swimming pool, which is reflected in the very reasonable rate charged. Nearby villas with pools tend to rent for a lot more per week and generally do not enjoy such a good position. However, there is a lovely uncrowded pool at Binibeca Vell (the fishing village), for the price of a few drinks. There is also wonderful swimming in the cove at the front of the villa and at the beach, a 10-15 minute walk away.
WiFi access is available at Bracafe, Avenida de Sa Pau 28, and Casino Bar both in Sant Lluis, a short drive from the villa.
