Our prices are per week in UK Pounds and are all-inclusive. We do not currently charge a Security Deposit; we trust people to look after the villas and so far have not been disappointed.
We charge a 25% Booking Deposit, with the balance being due eight weeks before your arrival date.
Change over day is Friday.
